ClientReportly is a client portal and reporting tool for agencies and freelancers. Instead of spreading project updates across email, chat apps and file attachments, you give each client a single link: a portal that shows the current status of the project, the files you have shared, the reports you have produced and anything waiting for their approval.

It is built for small teams — digital agencies, design studios, marketing agencies and freelance designers or developers, usually between one and fifteen people. Their clients are the second audience: they do not create an account and do not need one. They open the link, see the project in plain language, and can approve work or request a revision from their phone.

The portal carries your agency’s name, logo and colour rather than ours, so what your client opens looks like part of your own service. The product is still being developed, and features and limits may change as it grows. Paid plans are billed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase.
